19 undulators of High Energy Photon Source (HEPS) in Beijing will be installed to deliver high-performance X-ray.Since the magnet sorting is a standard step in the undulator fabrication procedure,thousands of magnet block have been precise measured by stretched-wire system which has high efficiency and repeatability.Fiducialization and alignment of stretched-wire system are important to achieve high accuracy and consistency,the methods of accurate alignment will be presented in report.Reverse and flip of single magnet block will be measured,the results are used to calculate the exact position.After magnetic measurement,The measurement results will be compared with sorting results.In the end,the alignment of stretched-wire system in undulators will be described,the shim methods can help achieve more accurate magnetic center positioning.
